The New Republic Delegation, led by Victor Cutter and MacArthur Knight, founded the Third Republic of Qvait on 8 March, 2012. On the same day, the people of Qvait voted in Cutter as the first President of the new Qvaitican Republic. It was announced by the newly-established government that its primary functions would activate on 1 April, 2012. In a press conference on 19 March, 2012, President Cutter said that the new government would operate under a non-existent constitution similar to that of the United Kingdom, but would grant all Qvaiticans their basic human rights.

Foreign relations

Qvait maintains relations with the member nations of the South Pacific. In October 2014, Qvait's foreign relations were tested as Sporaltryus declared war on Qvait on 24 October. The conflict resulted in creating allies of Awesomiasa, Kringalia, and Ryccia.

Having once had its capital in the Arctic region, Qvait continues to have friendly ties with members of the European Union. The nation of Qvait has formal diplomatic relations with Miraco because of airQvait, who has a friendly competition with Air Miraco. However, the nation's relations with Os Corelia is rocky after the 2013 IS3 corruption scandal. On 24 September, 2014, the government of Qvait under Dmitri Buzinsky asked for Os Corelia's forgiveness.
