Xarcan

Xarcan, officially the People's Republic of Xarcan (PROX), is a NationState located in New Zealandia. It is largest nation in New Zealandia, covering over 18,000,000 km2 of northern Africa on the regional map. As of October 21, it has a population of 186 million. It is a dictatorial totalitarian state, categorized as "Iron Fist Consumerists" by NationStates. The government of Xarcan exercises authority over six provinces, two incorporated territories, and the capital district of Xarcan City.
