The Mouth of Justice Meditates Wisdom, or the Mouth of the Just Meditates Wisdom, is an official old saying which roughly means justice is wisdom, and it is wise to be just. What makes it official is, its Latin translation is the very first line of Consigahria's national anthem Lilium, and both translations serve as the country's motto. Outside of Consigahria, the saying and the songs reflecting it hold little relevance.
