Yuliya Dmitrova Katin Surkova (Laiatanese: Юлия Сурков Катин Димитров; born September 16, 1970) is a Laiatanese politician who is the current President of the Laiatanese Federation, holding the office since January 11, 2017. She was a Deputy from Trakovaski's 1st District from 2002 to 2009, and a Councilwoman from Trakovaski. She is the first woman to hold the office of the presidency, and second youngest President of the Laiatanese Federation.
