Xarcan

Xarcan, officially the People's Republic of Xarcan (PROX), is a NationState located in New Zealandia. It is largest nation by land area in New Zealandia, covering over 18,000,000 km2 of northern Africa on the regional map. As of October 21, it has a population of 186 million. It is a dictatorial totalitarian state, categorized as "Iron Fist Consumerists" by NationStates. The government of Xarcan exercises authority over six provinces, two incorporated territories, the military region of East Point, and the capital district of Xarcan City.
