Prince Endymion, Dauphin of Oléron (Endymion Michel Aubin Guillaume de Maumaront; born 5 October 1134 AS) is the heir apparent to the throne of the Tresthyrean Empire. The eldest child of Empress Madeleine II and her first husband, Guillaume Ouellet, Prince Endymion was raised during a tumultuous period in Tresthyrean history. At the age of seven, he and his family were forcibly removed from their position as the empire's reigning dynasty, leading to the House of Maumaront's six-year exile in Cortuve.
While his mother became the face of the monarchist cause back home, Prince Endymion and his siblings enjoyed a great deal of privacy from the press. However, upon the family's return to Tresthyr in 1146, Princess Madeleine's children were thrust into the public spotlight. Despite his position as heir to the mantle of pretender to the throne, Endymion attempted to maintain a relatively normal existence and avoided revealing any details about his personal life.
Since his mother's accession to the throne in 1155, the Dauphin of Oléron has become involved in a number of charities and civil rights organisations.
