The National Chancellory Republic of Austiana (In Austianese: Die National Amt Republik Austiana), commonly referred to as Austiana, is a single party unitary state located in central Victorium, bordering Dawinia to the east and New Vasconia and The Rendarian Union to the west. Austiana has, since January of 2014, been under the control of Gustav Klink and the Nationale Patriotische Front, a fascist organisation which has passed large scale reforms, removing hundreds of civil rights, repealing democratic process and persecuting political opponents, Muslims, homosexuals and Jewish minorities. The regime has also launched a controversial invasion of New Vasconia, which has lead to widespread condemnation of the Austianese government.

The political and financial capital of Victorium is Castratene. It is also the most populous city in Austiana, and the second most populous city in Victorium, second to Hamunaptra, Dawinia. Austiana exerts widespread political and cultural influence. Until recently, Austiana was a bastion for democracy and personal liberties worldwide, fighting in the 1998 Algeranian War in support of these principles. For most of it's history, Austiana has remained a close ally of Gilead and Dawinia, promoting a free market, capitalist yet socially conservative agenda globally. Prior to the rise of the Nationale Patriotische Front in 2014, Austiana had conflicting interests with the socialistic, 'big government' nations to the East of Victorium, including New Vasconia and communist superpower Verskana. In April of 2014, Austiana launched an invasion of New Vasconia, after 4 months of escalating tensions surrounding an extreme difference in ideological standings, particularly after the commencement of a fascist government and a communist government in Austiana and New Vasconia respectively.

The January Stock Market Crash and the following economic slump had a hugely negative impact on Austianese exports and lead to the devaluation of the Austianese Heinmark, leading to widespread inflation and loss of jobs. However, manufacturing and agriculture have, since Austiana's inception, remained primary industries throughout the country. Austiana accounts for 48% of the world's manufacturing output, primarily due to low wage laws and the mass deregulation of private organisations. Agriculture has also remained a hallmark of the Austianese economy, where production of vegetables and fruits account for 59% of Victorium's total production. Retail growth has continued, making it the third biggest employer in Austiana, despite fierce competition from the internet. Oil and metallic mineral production occurs largely in the North, predominantly on offshore drilling rigs in The North Sea.

Austiana has predominantly remained a culturally and socially homogeneous nation, with 98% of the nation composed of White Austianese ethnic groups. A large proportion of that total includes Baltic and Slavic ethnicity, most of which have immigrated from Eastern Victorium in 1998 after the rise of communist governments, particularly in The Rendarian Union and Mirevea. The remaining 2% comprise of Hispanic and Arabic ethnic groups, through a slow and gradual migration. However, as a socially conservative nation, Austiana has seen massive immigration restriction from nations of certain racial or ethnic foundations.

Austiana's climate is predominantly temperate, while the southern territories of Austiana by the Terania Sea enjoys a warm subtropical climate in summer. Geographically speaking, Austiana is composed of flat and extensive plains in the South and Central parts of the nation, with large temperate forestry regions. To the north, in the cooler climate, there is an abundance of rocky mountain ranges.
