The Federation of Yxilland is a half-neutral island country located in the Pacific off the coast of Ecuador, south of the Galapagos Islands. The Yxilland is formed with a main island, 9 islands out of mainland, 11 inland in Yxil Lake, and 29 inland out of Yxil Lake. Yxilland has alot of big cities such as Yxil City, Extamia, Prometheus, and Port Yxil. The population of Yxilland is about 225 million.

Etymology
The name Yxilland was thought by President Melvin. As years went pass the capital's name changed from Yxi to Yxilque to Yxilquefli to Yxil City. The country's name has change from Yxil (not city) to Yxillia to Yxilland. As so, the aliens from Venus had not had a name for Earth, so they named it as the sound of the word Ysila (from the old name Yxillia).
History
In the 20th century, the place had been stayed a secret aircraft carrier, but soon in 1981, the US government started to build a secret land for Grey inhabitants from the star systems Zeta Reticuli and Rigel so they can take over Earth soon. 2022, a war had went against the Greys and Humans for 2 months, the Alpha Centaurians and the Plajedians and helped. The war had ended as the humans won. The land was founded by President Melvin, which took the President spot. 2023 the land was completed with the other humans and aliens. The Independence Day of Yxil is June 6th.

Yxilland is located in the Southern Pacific, off the coast of Ecuador and south of the Galapagos Islands. The capital is Yxil City, also the most populated city in the nation. The biggest city is Extamia, that has %73.1284 of its territory. The northernmost city is Airland, southernmost is Offlia, easternmost is Islandia, and the westernmost city is Delta City. The lowest elevation is the Prometheus Lowlands, with an elevation of 2,514m below sea level, and the highest as Mount Yektia, 5,013 m above sea level. The biggest island owned (excluding Yxil mainland) is Yxil Island, and the smallest as Eastia Island.

Russian are more than French and Spanish because the Russian Language had widely spoken in European and Asian regions.

They had won against the the North America Unions (US and Canada got together because the government of US got demolished, Canada took over) and had got 101 gold medals at the 2028 Olympics. At 2028 the Olympics was at Yxil City Stadium, with an underground swimming area, underground table tennis court, and 3 big courts with 1 soccer, 1 volleyball, and 1 tennis.

Yxilland is half-neutral, this means they fight wars only if it's emergency. The weapons Yxilland uses is super high tech. Guns looks very futuristic, antimatter explosives are made at Yxilland, and nukes and antimatter explosives are only used for super-emergency. There are 5 military bases at Extamia, Prometheus, Islandia, Yektia, and Rhea. The Yxilland Dome protects Yxilland from other things. It had been test that even a antimatter explosive cannot destroy the dome and the inside.

In Yxilland there lots of different ways of traveling. Wheelicycles are used all over the country. About 66.2% of the nation has wheelicycles.
The most used is skytro, invented in Yxil City. Yxilland Skytro Network connects every skytro line of Yxilland together so you can observe the land with only one transportation.
Second most used is metro. A big system of metro connects every city together, creating the worlds most biggest metro system.
Third is railway, which does not go out of national boundary. It only goes to certain areas.
Others include bus and car. The environment plan tried to make as less cars like this as they could. This also included that the car has to be hydrogen-fueled so we can reduce the carbon dioxide in the Yxil Dome Atmosphere.

Structures
YCASL - the Yxil Chemistry and Science Lab, a massive structure with 724 floors, the top 5 floors can see the universe very clearly. This structure poked a big hole on the top of Yxil Dome to get out and see the universe. Building this is not easy, you need oxygen packs to breath while building the structure. It is the symbol of freedom and the major symbol for Yxil City.
The Semi Twin - a landmark of Extamia, it is made out of two twin towers holding a semi ring which actually there are three structures together but the third one is not touching the ground. The twin towers have 267 floors and the semi ring has 98 floors.
The Shore Tower - the major land mark of Pacifica, similar as the Washington Memorial but more massive and people can be inside. There are 321 floors with the top 21 floors as the hotel, but still in the exosphere boundary.
Power Sources
The main energy used in Yxilland is hydropower and solar energy, but others such as nuclear energy is also used in Yxilland because of the new uranium deposit found in the Yxillan Rainforest. We controlled the mining amount because we don't want this to destroy the rainforest. As in the law, non-renewable energies are not allowed in the boundary of Yxil Dome. This is because the Yxil Dome traps carbon dioxide if you put it in, but all carbon dioxide will be transferred to out to the atmosphere.
