Sarenium (officially the United Republic of Sarenium) is a federation of seventeen states together with seven territories (the Canaries, Madeira, Guam, Diego Garcia, Madagascar and the West Polackian Territory, Capital Soil) and one Protectorate of the United Republic, Malta. Sarenium has for a longtime referred to both the Northern and Southern States as 'Continental Sarenium' however historians favor declaring the three Northern States as the 'original Sarenium'. Sarenium is the world's largest country by land area.

All the seventeen states and three of the seven territories are self-governing, Guam, Diego Garcia and the West Polackian Territory being directly governed by the federal government. Capital Soil is any territory encompassing a Federal Building, for that purpose, the Government Quarters and the residence of an MP or Senator are deemed Capital Soil and hence do not have self governance or determination, it, Guam and Diego Garcia are the territories without political representation in Federal Parliament. Proposed & Theorized States

  • State of the Sinai

The size of the state of Aegyptus as the third largest state has worried some that it could be difficult to monitor and watch over, as a result, it has been pondered by the Federal Government and State Government of Aegyptus whether the creation of the Sinai as the eighteenth State is a worthwhile and suitable occurrence.

  • Future of Madagascar, South Polack and the WPT

It has been deemed a possibility that Madagascar would join the United Republic as a new state, or that it would become a Protectorate of Sarenium similar to that of Malta. Similarly, in light of South Polackian Independence, it has been deemed a possibility for a new state to be born in the South as well. Meanwhile the West Polackian Territories, or West Polackian Stretch is rumored to be considering joining the United Republic as a new state.

  • Induction of Israel

It has been theorized that Israel may seek to join as a new State, either as a new state or conjoined with the Sinai and Aegyptus.

  • Unification of Madeira and the Canaries

The potential for unity between the two archipelagos has been a possibility since 1664 and is deemed a pre-requisite before the islands are welcomed as Saren states instead of territories. As a result of their status, they are still entitled to 'a number of Senators to satisfy the President and Parliament'. For this reason, both receive fourteen Senators each but only five and four seats respectively in the House. This has given them an unfair advantage in Presidential Elections, which they are still apart of.
