Formations of the Ta'lavero Mountains near the Eastward Pass in Caviru.
The Ta'lavero Mountains are a mountain range in The East Pacific realm. Specifically, they form a physical divide between Vekaiyu, Bai Lung, and Allegheny. Aside from several crossing points, the mountains are generally regarded as impassable by normal means. A few larger choke points have facilitated troop movements in the past, especially between Vekaiyu and Allegheny.

The mountains have a special place in Vekaiyun folklore - the mountains were regarded as sacred in pre-Christian Vekaiyu. They are where the unnamed Saint The Child of the Mountains is believed to have originated in Caviru. Historically, the mountains significantly prevented westward Vekaiyun expansion, causing them to instead turn toward the east.
