The Emperor of Blizatine is responsible for determining federal law, judging court cases, and leading the Blizatinian army. The current Emperor of Blizatine is Lexam Reconlaf.

Creation
After the conquests during the Unification of Blizatine were completed in late October 1 PIP. It was announced that Blizatine would officialy become a unified empire after New Years 1 BIC. The two months prior were used to set up the government system, while ruling through martial law.

There are four declared items of power that symbolize the authority of the Emperor
The Cloak of Horses
The Cloak of Horses is a black cloak with it's opening ornamented with two long blue lines of intertwined horses, similar in design to Celtic knots. This cloak denotes the wearer's status as the Cheeun, giving him authority over the plains land of Bleating. The Black of the cloak symbolizes respect for the dead who fought for the wearer, as a result donning the cloak symbolises a time peace. The cloak is also flame retardant.
The Crown of Leaves
A gold circlet crown made of a pattern of vine leaves adorned with emerald gems. At the front of the crown is a central leaf, set with a large ruby known as the Blood Ruby. This was symbolises the Emperor's office as well as a connection to the earth.
The Uniform of office
While the black cloak symbolizes blood spilt, the red uniform symbolises the blood yet to be spilt. Donning the uniform without the Cloak of Horses symbolises a time of war. The uniform itself is made of bullet proof fabric and it's red colour allows bleeding to go unnoticed. In addition the uniform features gold buttons, lapels and accents.
Silver Wolf Talisman
A silver talisman of the head of a wolf, typically hangs over the heart of the emperor
Emperor's Personal Items
The Blade called Flame
A katana with slight openings that can secrete gasoline or another flammable substance onto the blade the amount is controlled by slider. A trigger on the sword then can ignite the substance allowing the sword to catch fire.
The Sword called Lightning
An épée with a pistol grip. This sword also doubles as an electrolaser gun.
Reconlaf Castle
Reconlaf Castle was constructed a couple years after construction on Capoliton began. It was designed to be stylish, but also defensible. The castle is equipped with it's one planetary defense laser system, laser turrets, imperial guards, and reinforced stone walls. It is also very large.
